Refund policy

 

  1. Faulty Goods– HS sales will refund goods if they are faulty or if the reason is covered by the Australian Fair Trading Act and Trade Practices Act.
  1. HS Sales supplies the incorrect goods: If the incorrect goods are supplied, we will exchange the goods for the correct item.
  1. Customer orders goods incorrectly– Exchanges or refunds are given on a case-by case basis. If the goods are non-stock or special order we may not be able to refund or exchange the goods. Goods must be returned in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the product. We inspect all returned items.

All returns must be approved via the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Please email us at admin@hssales.net and we will make every effort to respond to your request within 2 business days.
